Heart To Home and the Adoption Process

1. Contact HTH to discuss your adoption options. We can help with domestic, private, and international adoptions.
2. Choose a child placing agency that matches your criteria.
3. HTH conducts your home study and liaises with your child placing agency to make sure your home study meets Kentucky law and your child placement agency's requirements.
4. HTH is available throughout the adoption process to answer your questions and provide support.
5. Once the child is placed in your home, HTH will conduct the required post placement visits and provide continuing support.
